Lodge and Glamping Pods are reserved from 3pm and check out is 10am.

Lodge and Pods are expected to be left on time and in a clean and tidy state.

No Smoking in Lodges or Pods.

Zero drug policy in lodge, pods and hot tub area.

Personal property is your responsibility and we will not be liable for any belongings lost or damaged during your stay.

We ask that children are supervised at all times.

We reserve the right to terminate your permission to stay at Cherry Tree Lodges immediately in the event that you or those in your party are in breach of these or other Terms and Conditions or are conducting anti-social behaviour contravening site rules or endangering staff or other visitors, creating an unreasonable amount of damage to the property or contents or you exceed the maximum occupancy limit for accommodation. In the event of termination, you are asked to leave the accommodation and site immediately. There will be No Refunds.

Any lost keys will be charged at £30.

Please leave keys in the key safe.

Lodge and Pods will be cleaned and sanitised after every stay. You are responsible for leaving the lodge or pods in a tidy manner before you leave and put all rubbish in the appropriate bins by stable area.

Please be mindful of others in the lodge and pods and keep the noise down. No loud music, sound does travel in open space.

Please empty BBQ’s ash into incinerator bin by stable area.

No fireworks or Chinese lanterns to be let off.

Any breakages or damages to be reported to us immediately so we can buy replacements or make repairs.

Somebody will be round in the week or during your stay to maintain the chemicals in the hot tub.

To ensure the safety of our guests there is CCTV outside the lodges and pods

Damages and Charges

Any Damages will be invoiced.

Any lost keys will be charged at £30
-
Any fake tan in the hot tubs will be charged at £50

Staying with a dog (Cherry Tree Lodge Only)
Dogs welcome but please observe rules failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation.

Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property and grounds.

Any fouling of lawns etc must be cleaned up without delay and put in bin up by stables.

Owners must bring there dogs bed or basket for sleeping in.

Dogs MUST NOT be
-
Left alone in the property or elsewhere at anytime.

We DO NOT allow dogs on beds or furnishings and hair must be well cleared up before departing.

Dog owners must ensure that there pets are free from parasites and fleas before they occupy the property failure to do so will incur subsequent charges.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your stay within 14 days of your stay, you lose all monies paid.

We recommend you take out Travel Insurance to insure against any cancellation you may be forced to make.

The owner is not liable for refunds or expenses incurred by the client in the event that the owner is prevented from fulfilling the clients booking as a result of circumstances beyond the owners control such as War, Terrorism, Riots, Bereavement, Sickness or technical problems, Industrial action, Flooding, Natural disaster, Epidemics, Health risks or such similar events. Thus the owner recommends you take out insurance. Should there be a failure in utility service, e.g water, heating, electric, sewerage, Hot tubs, Please notify us asap if the failure extends 12 hours from notifications for health and safety reasons you will be asked to leave, and your accommodation fee for the duration lost will be fully refunded or you can rebook for another time.

Hot tub Safety Rules

Please consult your doctor first before using a hot tub if you are pregnant, have heart disease and have low and high blood pressure.

Children to be supervised at all times.

Do not touch the temperature or heating buttons only jets and lights.

Please shower before use to remove oils, creams and heavy make up.
-
No fake tan or there will be a £50 clean up charge.

No glasses or bottles to be taken in or around Hot tub area. (Plastic glasses are provided)

How your personal data is used and stored.
In this statement, we aim to explain how we protect and use any information obtained by Cherry Tree Lodges through our website and booking procedure.
The policy is effective from July 1st 2021 and may be updated from time to time should you wish to refer to the document in future to keep yourself updated.
By registering your interest or making a booking we may collect the following information:

Additional information relevant to booking, E.g add on purchases, feedback following stay.
We require this information in order to process your booking and to gain an understanding of our customer's general requirements. By gaining this valuable information we will strive to meet customers needs and provide a better service.
Customer information is part of our internal record keeping, we may occasionally send out promotional emails to highlight any new service and developments at Cherry Tree Lodges. To share with our customers any special offers. This information will be sent via the email address you provided on an individual basis as opposed to an open email slot.
We will not sell or share your personal information with other Third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you, data protection act 1998.

No refund for early departure

If you would like to make a change to your confirmed booking then please email or phone us.

Checking in is by key code box on lodge and pods, Keycodes will be given in email closer to your arrival date.

Payment will be taken by STRIPE or Paypal when booking online via our website, payment can be made by BACS. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your booking. Please check your booking summary to ensure all details are correct.

Checking in is a self check-in procedure that also meets our Covid 19 Policy. Your key will be in a key box, Please ensure that the key is placed back in key box before you leave.

Liability
Cherry Tree Lodges does not accept liability for any loss or damage of property, vehicles or vehicle contents to any member of the booking party during their stay.
